If we can grant your request, we will immediately send you a confirmation via email, mail or fax. If we are unable to accomodate your request, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail.

We apologize that we are unable to guarantee that we can process urgent reservations or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. We will, however, attempt to accomodate such situations if contacted by telephone of fax.
